Website Developer

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Web Developer to join our Lusaka-based team. If you’Optimizeonate about building websites that are clean, fast, and interactive — and you’re confident in WordPress and JavaScript — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress (custom themes, plugins, etc.)
• Implement dynamic functionality using JavaScript
• Customize and troubleshoot third-party plugins
• Optimize sites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Collaborate with designers and content creators
• Provide ongoing website support and updates

What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in WordPress development (including custom themes and Gutenberg)
• Solid JavaScript skills (Vanilla JS, jQuery)
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Familiarity with web hosting, cPanel, and version control (Git)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team player with good communication skills
• Bonus: Knowledge of Elementor, REST APIs, or basic UI/UX

Requirements
• At least 2 years of hands-on web development experience
• A portfolio of past work (websites or GitHub projects)
• Must be based in Lusaka and able to work on-site

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
•Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
•Build and maintain strong client relationships
•Promote and sell company services and digital solutions
•Conduct presentations and product demos
•Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
•Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular progress reports
•Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery
 
 
 What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviour
•Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Familiarity with digital products or tech services is a plus
•Must be based in Lusaka and available to work on-site
 
 
  Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12 Certificate
•Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
•At least 1–2 years of work experience in a sales role
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
